Do I need to be good with software or know how to code?

No. Absolutely not. The system is quite simple. And we provide lengthy video guides that show you precisely how to use the software. If you've used Excel before, then you won't struggle with this at all.
Does your system work with other EHR/PM Softwares, besides Tebra (formerly Kareo)?

No, at this time, SCRUB CLAIMS™ is designed to work exclusively with Tebra (formerly Kareo). However, that could change in the future. Check back here for any updates to this question.
Can I use your software for multiple organizations/practices?

Our pricing limits users to a single Tebra KID. If you're unfamiliar with what a Tebra KID is, think of it as a Tebra Account. That account might have multiple users on it, but it only has access to a certain number of practices (often one).
Can I use your sofware for commercial projects?

No, we license our software directly to medical practices, healthcare organizations, and medical billing companies who are looking for individual assistance with RCM related tasks. Our software cannot be used as part of another product with or without the intent of selling or distributing that product.
What is your refund policy?

We currently charge users monthly or annually. Users are free to cancel whenever they wish. However, refunds will not be offered for the period that has already been paid for. Users, who have cancelled their subscription, will be free to continue using the software until their paid period ends.
